Share your plans
Send the assessor your architectural drawings, site plan and specifications, including insulation, glazing and appliances.
2
The home is modelled
Your assessor builds a model of the home in BERS Pro 6 and simulates a full year of heating and cooling using the AccuRate (Chenath) engine.
3
You receive a NatHERS Certificate
The star rating and Whole of Home result go onto an official certificate, which your builder or certifier uses to show the home meets the NCC.
